About the product

Native to the Middle East and East Africa, Encens belongs to the olive family. Its winding branches are like works of art in the

desert, with milk flowing from incisions cut on its trunk. After the milk comes into contact with the surrounding air, it slowly

hardens into resin, which is then distilled into essential oil.

Encens, also known as frankincense, and myrrh were the earliest resins used by humans as incense. In Egypt, frankincense was burned on altars as gifts to the gods, with the hope of driving away disease and bringing peace of mind. Frankincense has a lingering spicy woody aroma that eases daily life, deepens breathing, creating a relaxaing and comfortable atmosphere.

The texture of frankincense essential oil is delicate and mild, making it suitable for direct application, aromatherapy or use in

natural medicine. It's an effective and indispensable essential oil for healthy, modern living.

Over the past few centuries, frankincense has also been widely used in skin care products and is said to have astringent and rejuvenating effects.
