About the product
An evergreen tree, lauraceae, grown in the tropical rainforest of Brazil. The tree height can reach up to 38 meters with the bark
and trunk emiting a strong woody fragrance that is similar to rose flowers, hence the name rosewood.
The essential oil is steam distilled from the heartwood. With a sweet and mellow aroma it is the most floral and fruity of all the
wood essential oils.
Rosewood aroma is healing and is often used to alleviate stress or low mood. Like eucalyptus, it can be used to protect the body from seasonal or cold weather discomfort. It is commonly used to care for the children and the elderly.
The essential oil is often used on the head, midsection or front of the neck, and can be used to support exams and long drives.
The composition of the oil contains high amounts of linalool and nerol, and is often used for skincare.
Suitable for：face, body, steam, bathing, vapouriser, diffuser
How to use：Face：add 1 drop to your moisturiser and apply to the face and neck area
Body： use a few drops and apply directly to the forehead, philtrum, neck, chest and back
Steam：add 4-6 drops to hot water and breathe in the steam for 1-2 minutes using your mouth and nose
Bathing：add a few drops to the bath water
Blends well with：eucalyptus globulus, eucalyptus radiata, peppermint,and encens essential oils for synergistic effects
