About the product
Also known as sweet fennel, it is a flowering plant of the Apiaceae family and the genus Anise. It is native to the Mediterranean coast and Southeast Asia, but is now cultivated in dry soils in many parts of the world, especially in coastal regions.
The oil can be extracted from fennel seeds. The clear and transparent essential oil has a warm and spicy aroma, which can boost
the spirit and also relieve abdominal discomfort caused by nervousness or eating too fast.
Fennel essential oil is an excellent body purifying oil. It can cleanse and ease discomfort caused by poorly prepared food or overeating, alcohol and fast food. It is also popular in beauty and wellness for maintain a light and balanced body.
The essential oil is a helpful aid for women as it contains anethole. During monthly lower abdominal discomfort, the oil can be mixed with clary sage in a 1:1 ratio for use in diffuser or gentle massage to help ease the pain.
For maturing and elderly care, mix fennel and carrot essential oil in a 1:1 ratio and gently massage on the abdomen and waist.
The aromatic Fennel essential oil can also be used to freshen breaths and help improve oral hygiene - therefore it is sometimes
added to natural toothpastes or mouthwashes.

How to use : Body : Apply directly to the abdomen, lower abdomen, waist or thighs. (For sensitive skin, mix with base oil
at a ratio of 1:1)
Oral : Add 1 drop in a glass of water and rinse mouth
Blends well with : Nutmeg, comp. rafraichissant, coriander, clary sage, carrot, juniper, grapefruit, palmarosa for synergistic effects
