Pepperaceae, Piper genus, perennial vine shrub plant and bears red fruits, which are picked and laid out in the sun.
After drying under sunlight, the fruit turns black, which is black pepper. The main producing areas are India, Java, and
Sumatra and Penang.
Like cinnamon and cloves, it is one of the oldest spice in the world, with people in the Far East having used it more than
4,000 years ago. Traditionally used as medicine or cooking, it is commonly found in kitchens and dining tables and it is used
to season and prepare foods, and helps with digestion.
Black pepper is distilled to extract spicy and warm essential oil. There are numerous benefits of black pepper essential oil
(which exceed those of the plant itself). The oil have a warming effect, and can be used to warm up the body and relieve
discomfort caused by excess water retention, and even may help with balancing the body by dispersing excess heat.

How to use : Body : Mix 1:1 with base oil and use on the chest, abdomen, waist or limbs (the amount of base oil should increase
depending on each individual skin conditions)
Steam inhalation : Add 3 drops to a basin of hot water, take a deep breath and exhale. Take care when handling
hot water.

Precautionary advice : A powerful essential oil and must be mixed with a base oil before it can be used on the skin.
